All product and service orders are subject to these terms. ChipNext reserves the right to modify terms, decline orders, or amend pricing at any time. Product descriptions are approximate and may change without notice.
Prices listed are exclusive of taxes and may change without prior notice. Non-catalog items are priced per ChipNext’s quotation.
ChipNext reserves the right to reject or cancel orders. Order modifications are subject to availability and approval.
Delivery times are approximate, and delays do not constitute liability for ChipNext. Orders are shipped to the provided business address unless agreed otherwise.
Customers must inspect products upon receipt and report defects, shortages, or delivery issues within 10 days for resolution.
Payment is required upon delivery or in advance unless credit terms are approved. Late payments incur interest at 18% per annum and may lead to order suspension.
Risk transfers upon delivery, but ownership remains with ChipNext until full payment is received.
ChipNext may discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
Products are warranted for quality and workmanship for three months from dispatch. Defective items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at ChipNext’s discretion. Warranty excludes misuse or unauthorized modifications.
Products are not intended for life-support, nuclear, or aviation applications.
ChipNext is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from product use or service provision. Liability is limited to the total order value.
Orders cannot be canceled once accepted unless approved in writing. Returns are subject to ChipNext’s policy and must include prior authorization.
